David Guetta and Sia are hoping to create magic with their ninth — count them — ninth collaboration called “Let’s Love” via Warner Music.
The dance/pop track, which arrives on Friday (September 11), has been given a strategic push with an exclusive 15-second snippet available to users via the TikTok Sounds Page. “Guetta is encouraging fans to show the things they love with a unique hashtag challenge (#LetsLove) on the platform all week,” read a press release on the initiative. “Calling on fans around the world to share their stories of positivity, love and happiness, David has filmed his own messages that encourage users to participate.”
“Let’s Love” was produced and recorded in isolation during the COVID-19 lockdown and is intended to spread a message of love and hope around the world. The track follows his recent collaborations with John Legend, MORTEN and Human X. After smashes like “Titanium” and “She Wolf (Falling To Pieces),” the duo have amassed more than two billion streams on their team-ups and they’re looking to amplify that milestone with the new release.
